The company faces pressure to meet customer needs and requirements to maintain customer satisfaction. Production planning and scheduling have a major impact on improving plant efficiency. Scheduling is a decision-making process, and proper scheduling can improve efficiency and capacity utilization, reduce the time required to complete tasks, and improve organizational profitability. In this study, we proposed hybrid algorithms to solve job shop problem. The improved algorithm makes the solving ability better, and expects that the total completion time can be reduce. The algorithm was tested in data sets of different sizes. The experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve similar or even better than previous studies.
