In order to match different materials and work types, it is usually necessary to purchase corresponding equipment. If different working type can used same equipment, that will enhance competitiveness of the industry. In this study, we focus on transmission mechanism of glass component cleaning equipment in wet process, designed a wet process solid conveying wheel that can be used in different working types. Also build a small machine to simulate the roll-to-roll cleaning process, that compatible sheet-to-sheet type. find which conveying wheel can correctly transfer glass panel. The experimental results show that the amount of groove and the contact area of the plate will affect the removal of water, resulting in a decrease of grip between the wheel and plate.
