碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 勞工關係研究所 === 108 === According to the statistics, as of July 2019, the number of new immigrants who have obtained nationality and identity cards in Taiwan exceeded 550,000. The number of new immigrants in Kaohsiung City is more than 60,000. This study is to research: 1.The difficulties encountered by new female immigrants in entrepreneurship. 2. How do new female immigrants solve entrepreneurship questions? 3. Can new female immigrants improve the lives through entrepreneurship? The method of in-depth interview with 12 Interviewers (9 female immigrants, 2 third department staff and 1 Public sector) selected on purpose from Kaohsiung City. The main findings are as follows. New female immigrant’s entrepreneurial motives include: 1. Economic. 2. Interest or self-realization. 3. Unwillingness to be tied by work time. The entrepreneurial situations of new immigrant women include: 1. Shortage of money. 2. Lack of professional knowledge and skills. 3. Cannot find a suitable entrepreneurial method. 4.
