Summary:碩士 === 佛光大學 === 公共事務學系 === 108 === This study is aim to take government as an organizational case, and at the same time, the government procurement personnel who works in Yilan County Government is our research sample, exploring the work pressure and work performance of these employees is crucial, and this is our research objectives. Particularly, we take seven background variables, including gender, age, education level, position, seniority, and licensing and job level to take the individual differences into consideration and appropriate to measure the effects we care. Of the 248 questionnaires distributed, we received 214 usable responses after removing incomplete ones, yielding a response rate of 86.2%. SPSS 22.0 was adapted to get descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The key findings of this research are concluded below: 1.Under different gender, position, age, licensing or not, the component of Yilan County procurement personnel’s work pressure, particaularly professional knowledge and skill, interpersonal relationshipis and role strain are significantly different. 2.Under different gender, the component of Yilan County procurement personnel’s work performance, particaularly specification performance is significantly different. 3.The work loading of procurement personnel is positively related to contextual performance and specification performance. Superior pressure is positively related to contextual performanc. Professional knowledge and skill is negatively related to task performance. However, several research limitations should be take into account for future studies. Including the volume of collected sample, the way for evaluation, factors which affecting work pressure and work performance.
