碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 教育領導與發展研究所碩士在職專班 === 104 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between servant leadership and leadership effectiveness of special education section chiefs in junior high schools. This study explored the differences of servant leadership to leadership effectiveness based on background variables of the perceptive section chiefs of special education in junior high schools. In this study, special education teachers of public junior high schools in New Taipei City were selected as subjects, and the questionnaire, "Special Education Section Chiefs’ Servant Leadership and Leadership Effectiveness in Junior High Schools in New Taipei City Questionnaire" was employed in the research. The adoptive research method is a general questionnaire. A "Questionnaire of the servant leadership and leadership effectiveness of special education section chiefs in junior high schools" designed by the researchers was used. There were 287 questionnaires that issued, and 240 samples out of 251 returned were valid. The data from general survey was analyzed by factor and reliability analysis, Cronbach’s α coefficient reliability test, descriptive statistics and Pearson’s product-moment correlations. The study was to explore the current situation, differences and relationship on servant leadership and leadership effectiveness of special education section chiefs in junior high schools in the academic year 2014.
