Therefore, we use near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) to apply on migraine detection and hope to use quantitative data to assist clinical diagnosis. In our study, we based on the brain structural changes of the migraine in the prefrontal cortex, designing mental arithmetic task, calf restraint task and concentration task to observe the differences between groups of migraine and healthy control. And we found that all about the mental-related tasks have significant differences. Besides, we also adopted machine learning on disease classification, then we get the mental arithmetic task has 85% accuracy, and the results of the concentration task can be as high as 91%. As for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), it is a neurological disorder that prevalent in children under the 12 age. The main treatment contains the two types of medical treatment and behavioral therapy. However, there are side effects in drug use, and the process of behavioral therapy is too complicated. So, we hope to help patients realize the idea of home healthcare and increase the willingness to treat by the low-cost instruments. In this study, we collected 5 ADHD patients for 8 weeks of treatment. From the feedback, we believe that this treatment can improve the condition. Similarly, ADHD's scale assessment also showed that the attention deficit and hyperactivity impulses have significant remission, so we believe that this treatment is feasible to cure ADHD.
