The field-type modulation improves the point-to-point communication capability, and the circular polarization improves the ability to resist noise. It is a simple template for the antenna of a small base station in the future. At the antenna end, we propose a new antenna model with simple structure. Under the traditional circular planar antenna, the ring structure is added to maintain the stability of circular polarization, and the change of the capacitive impedance of the passive component makes the peak position of the field easily. At the same time, the antenna still maintains circular polarization; the concept of left and right handed metamaterials is added to the feed network to create a broadband single circular polarization feed network, which can maintain a certain phase difference over a wide range of bandwidths.. The characteristic of the antenna is that the field modulation can be achieved without a large-area phase array, and the direction of the field modulation can be designed in any direction of 360 degrees of the circular planar antenna according to requirements, and because the phase array is not used. The concept makes the field polarization remain circular after the time of the modulation, and the frequency change range is not large before the field modulation and unmodulation, and it will not be like the leakage wave antenna, and the frequency change occurs during the modulation.
