Therefore, this study tries to analyze the customer satisfaction of teachers in junior high school on their financial management planners, and to observe the relationship between their custom satisfaction and the degree of the financial planners’ professionalism. This study then uses the financial planners’ on-the-job training as the interference. The data of this study was collected through questionnaires. The empirical results are as follows: 1.The financial management planners’ integrity and on-the-job training significantly help to build junior high school teachers’ trust on the planners. 2.The financial management planners’ integrity and on-the-job training also significantly influence the customer satisfaction on their planners. 3.The financial management planners’ professional competence, professional knowledge, integrity and on-the-job training significantly influence the customer satisfaction on the investment institutions. 4.There was no interference effect in on-the-job training. Thus, the research suggests that financial investment institutions should regularly hold on-the-job training and encourage financial planners to participate in the training to maintain their professionalism and further enhance customer satisfaction.
