Subjects, student athletes from University Softball Championship(USC)in 2018. Purposive sampling was adopted in this research. SPSS 24.0 was used to do stepwise regression analysis and descriptive statistics. Three major empirical findings were as follows: 1. Task leadership, social leadership and personal athletic talent of the peer-leadership behaviors were positively correlated with task-involving climate of the peer motivational climate. Ego-involving climate of the peer motivational climate was positively correlated with task leadership, social leadership and personal athletic talent of the peer-leadership behaviors and negatively correlated with external leadership of the peer-leadership behaviors. 2. The social leadership and personal athletic talent of the peer-leadership behaviors were positively affect the affective commitment and negatively affect the instrumental commitment. 3.Affective commitment of the team commitment was positively affect the task involving climate and negatively affect the ego-involving climate. Instrumental commitment of the team commitment was positively affect the ego-involving climate and negatively affect the task-involving climate. Summarily, when an athlete who have a higher level of the peer leadership behaviors team commitment will be higher too. when an athlete who has in ego-involving climate, team commitment has higher than task-involving climate. Finally, the results were discussed based on the theoretical framework and suggestions were made for practical application and future research directions.
