En flödesanalys hos Saltå Kvarn - med fokus på två produkter

Syftet med denna rapport har varit att studera produktionsflöden i företaget Saltå Kvarn. Efter ett tidskrävande avgränsning i företaget hittades det till slut vilka två produkter som skulle analyseras. Dessa två produkter är röda linser 500 g och russin 500 g. De två produkterna är två av Saltå Kvarns storsäljare och är därför strategiskt viktiga. Med hjälp av olika teoretiska modeller har dessa produkter analyserats, Detta har medför att det identifierats slöserier samt möjliga lösningar till dessa. Genom datainsamling och flödeskartläggning av de två produkterna har det möjliggjorts att problemen kan identifieras i flödena. Datainsamlingen bestod utav diverse möten och intervjuer. Flödet som det ska fokuseras på är inflödet av de två produkterna från producent till Saltå Kvarns färdigvarulager. I och med identifieringen av problemen med bägge produkter var det tydligt att röda linser har störst förbättringspotential. Lösningarna har presenterats i form av rekommendationer som företaget kan ta del utav. Rekommendationerna har gjort för produkten röda linser främst. En av dessa lösningar är att ge större ansvar till företag som fungerar som mellanhand i flödet av röda linser. === The main purpose with this rapport is to analyze the production flow at Saltå Kvarn. While analyzing the flow it became clear that the focus with this work is to be on the two products raisins 500 g and red lentils 500 g. The narrowing down to the two products took the most time. The importance of the two products for Saltå Kvarn is because they are the two items that are sold the most. With the help of theoretical models and theories it was possible to identify the problems and solve them. Through the data gathering and mapping the flow of the two product it enabled to identify the problems. The data gathering was done through various interviews and meetings with various departments. The flow that is to be analyzed are the two flows that lead directly to the inventory of finished goods from the manufacturer. When identifying the products main problem, it became clear that the product with the most problems was the red lentils 500 g. The solution of the problems with the red lentil product was presented as recommendations. One of these recommendations was to give the company that had an intermediary role more responsibility.
