Impact of Recipe Design on Kinetics of Heat Pump Drying of Protein Mixtures
The goals of this work are to set up and execution of experiemntal trials in order to study the influence of drying conditions and geometric parameters on quality, properties and drying kinetics using eight protein mixture samples and applying a lab scale heat pump dryer.
