Firm growth, innovation and implications for market selection: the pharmaceutical industry
This thesis reexamines the old age question of what determines firm growth with a special focus on (a) the evolution of firm growth behaviour over time and over the industry evolution and (b) whether innovative differentials lead to growth differentials.
