The research will furthermore fall in the social world as the research relates to a structured business research study pertaining to how things are, and why. The research will be conducted from both an empirical and theoretical research paradigm, using a survey for the purpose of data collection. The research method that will be applied within the context of this research study will be a case study research. 2014-05-27T06:28:05Z 2016-02-18T07:00:34Z 2014-05-27T06:28:05Z 2016-02-18T07:00:34Z 2008 Thesis http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.11838/1209 en http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/za/ Cape Peninsula University of Technology
