| Summary: | MBA Professional Report === The purpose of this MBA Project is to provide insight into interview requirements and travel budgets for the Civil Engineer Corps accessions team through the use of forecasting. The goal of this project is to provide a forecasting model that can predict interview requirements and form the basis for constructing travel budgets and estimates. The primary tool utilized is spreadsheet modeling to include extensive linear regression analysis. Additional insight is provided into the application of this model and the extracted data with respect to management controls. |
