| Summary: | This work deals with the subject of drug addicted pregnant women and mothers. It analyses in detail the influence of drug abuse during the pregnancy on the mother and featus and on parenting and the development differences of children born to drug addicted parents. Another area of interest is the differentiation of treatment of pregnant or parent women and other clients. The description of individual programs offered in Prague and neighbourghood by non-profit organizations DROP IN o.p.s. and Sananim o.s for mothers with children follows. The empirical part of this work is devoted to identification of the social and family background of addicted mothers.
