Aim: Determine the size of the damage of the cerebral cortex in the adult animal based on the length of irradiation a dose of Bengali red. Methods: An experimental study was conducted on specimens of an adult rat. Focal Cerebral ischemia was induced by the application of Bengali red. Assessment of damage cortex was done descriptively and with a special program has been calculated the size of the lesions which were then individually compared. The results: Demonstrate that the most appropriate parameter for comparison to measure the depth of the lesion lesion. Further shows that the lesion depth is dependent on the duration of irradiation, but not a direct linear relationship. And among the used concentrations of rose bengal were found significant differences. Key words: Focal cerebral ischemia, bengal rose, cerebral cortex, photochemical method Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org) 2009 info:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesis http://www.nusl.cz/ntk/nusl-275632 cze info:eu-repo/semantics/restrictedAccess
