Summary: | The work in your hands focuses on the issue of a reflection in frame of experiential learning. It makes both terms clear, introduces options for their further improvement and places them into the context of a current practice in schools. The experiential learning in this case is related to a personal and social education that starts to be used by Czech schools. A theoretical - empirical character of this work makes possible to compare an ideal image of the reflection, formulated in theory, with its final shape in practice. The biggest part of the work focuses on the research that presents insight to teachers' skills, related to the reflection, and is concerned about their standard. Observation and interview was two main methods used during the research. Practical verification of this issue could be an impulse for its further improvement.
