By this way was prepared chip suitable for SPR measurements. In the firs step the bovine serum albumin (BSA) was chosen as the model protein shows absorption on the hydroxyapatite layer. Further the native saliva and artificial saliva were used for pellicle forming. Samples of saliva showed difference between binding behaviors on the hydroxyapatite layer.
