| Summary: | Thesis titled " Evaluation of the implementation and own evaluation of selected products of EQUAL Initiative", analyzes the qualitative value of innovative products EQUAL Initiative and monitor how successfully developed products are implemented into policy, and used by competent authorities, which as Labour Offices. Based on deep insight into the problems of products EQUAL Initiative I analyze their qualitative values using compiled evaluation criteria. Subsequently, we can tell which products are in result of better and worse. The second part of analysis is focused on staff opinion survey implementation structures, focusing on the experiences and use of products EQUAL Initiative practice at the target. A prerequisite for this work is that public funds invested in the project activities should be valuated by the maximum way possible, so the recommendations outlined trying to appeal to the start of the final implementation of innovative products EQUAL Initiative and its dissemination in active politics.
