Summary:My master thesis study political representation of immigratory minorities in the Netherlands. I analyzed the political aspects of peaceful co-existence of majority and minorities that speak different language, profess different religion or have different color of skin. I presented concept of political integration that stands for agreement on rules under which the political decisions are passed. This concept is based on codified norms of the society and their consistent enforcement regardless ethnicity of people who break them. The second part of political integration is authentic representation of minorities which is the state that secures that representatives of minorities may effectively participate in policy making and removing of discrimination. Authentic representation supposes that there are political representatives with minority origin minorities in the legislative bodies. The second condition is that they are able to communicate and to understand to participate in the political discussions. The third assumption is political recognition assuming that the representatives from majority do not have any prejudice against minorities and take as equal partners in the political discussion.
