Summary:The work brings a project of a structure and a content of the Human Resources Management (HRM) students' education in the field of the Human Resources information Systems (HRIS). The work is founded on a research of recent status of the Enterprises Information Systems for HRM in selected companies in the Czech republic and on a stocktaking education of the subject on selected faculties of the Czech universities. Results of the research are presented in the 1s t and 2n d parts of the work. The 3r d part of the work presents the project of the HRM students' education in the field of the HRIS. At first we attend to the Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) in general and it also contains several selected parts of their technologies. The aim is a general student's orientation in questions and terminology of the EIS. Following chapters refer to human resources processes and applications of the HRIS in these processes. The final part describes implementation of the HRIS to the company and security of systems and data, too.
