| Summary: | The work addresses the applicability of information technologies to student evaluation. The use of database systems has the following advantages compared to currently used methods: efficiency of work with the evaluation, accessibility of the data over the Internet, and easy manipulation with respect to further processing of the data. The outcome of this work is a model application covering many available methods of evaluation and allowing for further processing of the evaluation. The used methods follow current legal requirements and are based on a number of broadly accepted pedagogical publications. Preliminary tests in the real environment show the suitability of the approach for this task. |
