| Summary: | " Pastoral care in a diagnostic institution for youngsters " Main aim of this work is to find out if a pastoral asistent could be useful for diagnostic institution. Teoretical part is divited into two chapters. First chapter is about general pastoral care, pastoral care of youngsters, the question of pastoral conception in the Czech republic. It is also written about author's foreign work experience with problematic youngsters in Finland. Second chapter is about the role of pastoral asistent in diagnostic institution.There are information about his options of cooperation with youngsters and also employees. Practical part of this work contains two interviews with pastoral asistents of Prague parishes and also two interviews with a head supervisor of a diagnostic institution. Last interview was made with the headmaster of a diagnostic institution. At the end of this work is recapitulated main points of this theme and the work was added by the author's proposal of conception of pastoral care in diagnostic intitutions.
