Description
Summary:Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Biochemical Sciences Candidate: Michal JUNGMANN Supervisor: prof. RNDr. Jiří LAMKA, CSc Title of diploma thesis: Parazitostatus of bezoar goat in game preserve Vřísek and results of its control This thesis is devoted to the scatology examination of faeces goat animals (Bezoar goat, preserve Vřísek, Lesy ČR, s. p. Hradec Králové). In the work was used larvascopic examination aimed at small lungworm, summarized are the results of earlier (period 2000- 2008) and current investigations, which were part of the implementation of the grant project (years 2008-2011). In the larvascopic findings were always demonstrated lungworm Muellerius capillaris, its presence in the breeding very negatively complicated the overall health of goat animals. It was therefore initiated anti-parasite program (contact feeding of ivermectin every 6 months), during which was achieved significant reductions larvascopic findings.
