These complications lead to a disorder of the respiratory muscle's innervation (according to the height of the lesion) and also a failure of the defense mechanisms, that ma-intain the hygiene of the respiratory airways. The aim of this theses is to observe the develo-pment of the lung function in these patients. The evaluation of this study takes place one year after the injury. In the spirometry measurment, maximum mouth pressure, expiratory flow limitation and quiescent diaphragmatic function participated 15 pacients, who were divided, according to the ASIA scale, in 4 groups. This study showed interdependence between FVC, FEV1, PEF and PI/PEmax throughout the year. 2012 info:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesis http://www.nusl.cz/ntk/nusl-309310 cze info:eu-repo/semantics/restrictedAccess
