New biotechnologies enable manipulation with our genetic and neural system and thus open posibility of radical interference with human nature. This of course brings up many ethical questions which we will try to capture and reflect upon afterwards. First we will describe the term "enhancement" and show what problems are connected with attempts to define it. Then we will analyze area of radical enhancement and ethical questions arising with transgressing the species boundaries of humans. Finally we will focus on moderate enhancement and problems linked to autenticity.
