Diploma thesis deals with analysis of organization and ideological structure of the Czech Pirate Party. The goal is to find out and describe how the Czech Pirate Party looks like from organization perspective. Another aim is to find out how party interpret itself from point of viev of ideological background. It was discovered by the questionnaire with members of party and by the content analysis of election programme from last general election of Czech parliement in 2017. I will apply the theoretical model of multi-speed membership party according to Susan E. Scarrow into the questionnaire. The question is if the Czech Pirate Party fits into theoretical concept. Which means that the theoretical base is the model of multi-speed membership party then theoretical concept of party family and index of accessibility. Diploma thesis is divided into six chapters. Firstly it will be presented the theoretical part which contains three chapters. First chapter represents network party model, multi- speed membership party and introduction about the Czech Pirate Party. The introduction will be about emergence of party, circumstance of emergence and then will be presented another significant foreign pirate parties.
