| Summary: | L’espace urbain présente pour l’humanité, un lieu d’échange d’idée, de bien, d’information, ainsi qu’un foyer de civilité. Cependant, l’urbanité excessive a créé des espaces mal organisés contenant certains désordres dans la distribution des ressources, des inégalités dans leur localisation méritant d’être assujettis à une réorganisation particulière. Face à ces difficultés, il faut procéder à une stratégie globale sur la base d’une approche démocratique, une action économique, sociale et culturelle, environnementale et un aménagement de l’espace. Ainsi toute recherche de maîtrise urbaine doit avoir pour objectif la recherche d’une réconciliation entre l’utilisation optimale de l’espace et la recherche de la durabilité du cadre urbain. === The urban space is a place which stimulates the continuous exchange of ideas,wealth and information .It is also the core of civility. However, excessive urbanity brought about poorly organised spaces with unfair distribution of ressouces and inéqualities of location. These disordered spaces must de subject to particular restructuring and reconsidération. To solve these problems, a global strategy based on a democratic approach and targeting économic action, social and cultural development in the hand and space planning and environnemental complaince on the other hand must be made. Finally, researches on urban control must look for a reconciliation between the best possible use of space on the one hand and the sustainability of the urban landscape on the other hand.
