The research was conducted by using hydro-distillation with different concentrations, which are 100 mu M, 200 mu M and 300 mu M and reaction times from 20, 40 and 60 minutes were studied. Based on the results obtained for the samples of phenol, flavonoid, gallic acid and quercetin were 49.30 mu g/ml, 314.33 mu g/ml, 12.94 mu g/ml, and 5.15 mu g/ml, respectively. | |
