Andrey Kozlov
Andrei Andreyevich Kozlov (; January 6, 1965 – September 14, 2006) was the first deputy chairman of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation from 1997 to 1999 and again in 2002 to 2006.Kozlov was fluent in Russian, German, and English.
