Hannah Jackson

Jackson {{circa}} 1880 Hannah Jackson (1792 or 1801 – 1895) was an African American woman who worked as a house slave for the seventh U.S. President Andrew Jackson and his wife Rachel. She was present at both their deaths. She was interviewed twice late in her life for her stories about Jackson and is thought to be the source of some of the stories told about his life.
