Marie Claire Mukasine

Marie Claire Mukasine (born in 1959) is a Rwandan lawyer, politician and civil servant. From 2011 to 2019 she was a member of the Senate of Rwanda, and has served as a permanent secretary in Rwanda's Ministry of Infrastructure. From 2020 to 2023 she had served as the Chairperson of the National Commission for Human Rights in Rwanda (NHCR). Since October 2023, she is the ambassador to Japan. Provided by Wikipedia
