Martin P. Mintchev
Martin Pavlov Mintchev (in Bulgarian Мартин П. Минчев) is a Bulgarian American engineer and experimental surgeon. He is currently professor and chair of engineering at Howard Payne University in Texas, and adjunct professor of experimental surgery at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada.
