Vladimir Morozan

Vladimir Vasilevich Morozan (; born 16 February 1957) is a distinguished Russian historian, genealogist, and a Doctor of Historical Sciences. He currently holds the position of Professor at the Faculty of History in St. Petersburg State University. Provided by Wikipedia
