Stephen Pearse

Stephen Pearse is an investor and entrepreneur who previously served as chairman and CEO of Cyras Systems until its sale in 2000 to Ciena Corporation for $2.6 billion.

Previously, he was chairman of the board at Maxwell Biosciences, Techtonic Group LLC, and Innovation Pavilion. He's a principal at Yucatan Rock Ventures.

In 2013, he was appointed to the NASA Advisory Council.
