Richard Daynard
Richard A. Daynard (born 1944) is an American legal scholar. He is a University Distinguished Professor at the Northeastern University School of Law.Daynard is most known for his contributions to public health law and strategic litigation, especially against the tobacco industry. His work is focused in health law and policy, consumer protection, and public interest advocacy. He is the recipient of the 2019 Robert Morris, Sr. Award for Courage in Litigation from the Massachusetts chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Provided by Wikipedia
