The Use of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance for the Determination of Moisture and Liquid Fat Content

The phenomenon of nuclear magnetic resonance has now been known for over two decades. However, it is only recently that a simple instrument has become available at a price low enough to make the use of this method attractive for routine moisture and liquid fat determination.
