Free-radical oxidation and antioxidant protection in periodontitis
Based on the studies the marked suppression of inflammatory processes in the periodontium by melaksenom - a synthetic analogue of epiphyseal melatonin was revealed and its topical application to obtain better therapeutical action in HGP was proved.
