Revision of subcutaneous implantable cardioverter defibrillator to intermuscular pocket to prevent inappropriate shocks
Abstract Sensing and defibrillation threshold for a S‐ICD are impacted by positioning at implant or revision. The intermuscular pocket prevents device migration and provides appropriate, stable sensing vectors.
