This article analyzes the paratexts in printed poetry between 1600-1800. The reader’s information about the printing process is related to a construction of authorship in women writers like Beatriz de Aguilar, María de Santa Isabel, Ana Caro, Ana de San Jerónimo and Teresa Guerra.
