A rare case of Levofloxacin‐related Iliopsoas and Achilles tendon rupture
Abstract Achilles tendon rupture is a well‐documented adverse effect of Fluoroquinolones; however, herein we present a case of complete iliopsoas and Achilles, and partial semimembranosus tendon rupture secondary to Levofloxacin.
