Primary invasive lobular carcinoma arising in mammary‐like glands of the vulva managed with neoadjuvant trastuzumab‐based chemotherapy, excision, and sentinel lymph node biopsy
Abstract A rare case of Her2/neu‐positive mammary‐like gland adenocarcinoma of the vulva treated with neoadjuvant therapy, trastuzumab, and achieved complete pathological response on excision, adjuvant radiation, complicated by brain metastasis recurrence.
