The subfamily Rogenhoferinae stat. nov. (Diptera, Cuterebridae) is revised. Two genera are recognized: Rogenhofera Brauer (Type-species, trigonophora Brauer) and Andinocutereba Guimarães (Type-species, fassleri Guimarães).
