Fatty acids composition of fruits of selected Central European sedges (Carex L. Cyperaceae)

Fatty acids in the fruits of 13 sedge species (Carex L., Cyperaceae) were analyzed. The oil contents in the fruits of the studied sedges ranged from 3.73 and 46.52%.
