EFFECT OF SOLID COMPONENT OF DIFFUSION-HARDENING SOLDERS ON PROPERTIES OF CONNECTING LAYER
The article provides new formulations of gallium-based composite alloys. The influence of the composition of powder filler on the structure and properties of solder for the purpose of obtaining unique properties and expansion of areas of their use is investigated.
