and its antitumor properties have received more and more attention in recent years[3
and it is not yet clear whether it can help 5-Fu to exert anti-tumor effect. In the following study
the effect of astragaloside II combined with 5-fluorouracil treatment on inhibiting liver cell proliferation was analyzed. 2. Materials and methods 2.1. Materials Liver cancer cell lines HepG2 were bought in Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences of Chinese Academy of Sciences
DMEM and serum for cell culture were purchased from Hyclone Company
astragaloside II was bought from Nanjing Zelang Company
5-fluorouracil was bought from Sigma Company
cell viability assay kits (MTS kits) were purchased from Promega Company
