DESIGN EVALUATION OF QWERTY SOFT KEYBOARDS ON 3,5” TO 6” TOUCHSCREEN SMARTPHONES BEING USED ON PORTUGUESE TEXT ENTRY TASKS
This paper presents the results of portuguese text entry tests carried out on smartphones equipped with QWERTY soft keyboards. The keyboard’s design efficiency and to what extent it influences error occurence and users’ overall performance were the main aspects analysed.
