In formation of the climate, it is very important which leadership styles are applied and the impact of leaders. In this context, the purpose of this research is to determine the effect of transformational, transactional and laissez-faire leadership styles on organizational silence. According to results of this empirical study, it is founded that employees are not silent in transformational leadership style, but they prefer to remain silent in transactional leadership style and laissez-faire leadership style.
