There are numerous factors affecting the employees’ job satisfaction but 5 factors, namely working conditions, pay & promotion, job security, fairness and relations with co-workers. Organizations have to invest on its employees to satisfy its employees. Target audience is in Telecommunication sector Zong and Mobilink in Pakistan and took data through ques-tionnaire and analyzes data through SPSS. The research included 5 independent variables that are working condition, pay and promotion, job security, relation with co-workers and fairness and 1 dependent variable that is employee job satisfaction. Finding was that all the 5 independent variables have strong and positive effect on employee job satisfaction, if any of the independent is increased satisfaction level will also be increased. Rewards given by organization to its employees should be clear and motivating. Rewards should include both intrinsic and extrinsic benefits. They must be on performance basis. Working environment must be safe and healthy. Some people like anesthetists work with different gases so organization must provide them extra benefits.
