An alternative algebraic method for solving the radial equation for the hidrogen atom

A pair of ladder operators are introduced and are for solving the radial equation for the hydrogen atom. The energy eigenvalues as well explicit analytic expressions for the eigenfunctions of this particular Kepler problem are obtained after some algebraic manipulation of the operators.
